Why we love Aufguss
Aufguss (pronounced owf-goose) is German for ‘infusion’, a traditional sauna ritual from central Europe. Your sauna master pours scented water over the hot stones, then wafts the steam through the room, so the heat rolls over you.
It’s part heat, part performance + always shared – which is why we love it.
Our sauna masters
Every Aufguss + experience is led by one of our resident certified sauna masters. They look after the heat, the steam + the ritual, so all you have to do is relax.
Each has their own style, from calm + quiet to playful + upbeat – so every session has it’s own vibe.
