A small, sunny town between Eastbourne + Newhaven, Seaford has a beautiful beach, and is perfectly placed as a starting, or end point, for walks + rambles over the South Downs.
Why not spend the day walking the downs, and end in Seaford for a dip + a sauna.

Located on the beautiful Iford Estate just outside Lewes. Swanborough Lake offers incredible views across the Sussex countryside.
The water quality is excellent so come along for a swim + sauna and leave feeling refreshed.
