Seaford Beach,

A small, sunny town between Eastbourne + Newhaven, Seaford has a beautiful beach, and is perfectly placed as a starting, or end point, for walks + rambles over the South Downs.

Why not spend the day walking the downs, and end in Seaford for a dip + a sauna.

Located at the historic Pells Pool in Lewes, the oldest spring-fed pool in England.

Come sauna + then dip in the beautiful lido.

Swanborough Lake,

Located on the beautiful Iford Estate just outside Lewes. Swanborough Lake offers incredible views across the Sussex countryside.

The water quality is excellent so come along for a swim + sauna and leave feeling refreshed.

NB: The lake will be lifeguarded but you must wear a tow float, swim hat + swim shoes to use the lake.
