Nestled in between Portslade + Shoreham is Kingston Beach in Southwick, a man-made harbour where the River Adur meets the ocean.

A great place to swim all winter when swells can be big along the coast, the harbour is protected from the wind + provides a safe swimming haven.

Seaford Beach,

A small, sunny town between Eastbourne + Newhaven, Seaford has a beautiful beach, and is perfectly placed as a starting, or end point, for walks + rambles over the South Downs.

Why not spend the day walking the downs, and end in Seaford for a dip + a sauna.

Located on the beautiful Iford Estate just outside Lewes. Swanborough Lake offers incredible views across the Sussex countryside. The water quality is excellent so come along for a swim + sauna and leave feeling refreshed.

NB: The lake will be lifeguarded but you must wear a tow float, swim hat + swim shoes to use the lake. No under 16s are allowed to use the sauna or swim in the lake.
